RASP was born from years spent driving through California’s coastal vineyards listening to songs filled with great voices of rasp and texture. These voices are uniquely beautiful. Like these voices we wanted to create wines that represented the land in a way that was unique and true.
We believe life is about simple pleasures and honoring life’s greatest ceremonies. Like opening a bottle of wine and putting on a great playlist.
Design Inspiration
Madeira Spirit
The RASP bottle was inspired by Madeira, the Portuguese island where our ancestors farmed. Its winemaking history stretches back centuries, and its bottles represent timeless craft.
Madeira wines are known for their extraordinary longevity, their resistance to the ordinary, and their mellow golden character. RASP wines are dry, low-alcohol, and made for the table, but they have Madeira in their soul.
